We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident trying Murmure. If you’re not completely satisfied within 15 days, we’re here to help make it right.
Please note: the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund and the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
How do I start a return ?

Within 15 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right. Just be sure to include your order number in your email.
*If we find that our policies have been abused we reserve the right to limit or refuse a return. We are not obligated to disclose any reason other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy.
How long does it take to process a return and receive a refund ?
We will reimburse you within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned products. The refund will be made to your original form of payment.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges at this moment.
