How do I start a return ?

Within 15 days of receiving your order, and we'll make it right. Just be sure to include your order number in your email.
How long does it take to process a return and receive a refund ?
We will reimburse you within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned products. The refund will be made to your original form of payment. Please note, original shipping charges are not refundable.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges at this moment.
