Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates For USA

Standard shipping within the continental US is free on any order above $50 (not including promotions).

*Standard shipping is a flat rate of $5.45 for all orders under $50.

*(Shipping is a flat rate of $6.45 when shipping to Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Oregon, Puerto Rico, Washington and the U.S Virgin Islands)

Pre-Orders

For items available on pre-order, the estimated restock and shipping date will be indicated on the product page at the time of purchase. While we strive to ship pre-orders on the specified date, we allow for a margin of up to 7 days in case of unforeseen restock delays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together unless otherwise stated.

 

Shipping Policy – Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For international orders, please note that any applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are determined by the customs authorities in the destination country and are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.

If the recipient refuses to pay these charges or is unavailable to accept delivery, the package may be returned to us or abandoned. In such cases, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost, and any return fees imposed by the carrier may be deducted from the refund amount for the order.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential import fees before placing your order.

 

We rely on UPS, USPS, Fed Ex and other carriers and subject to potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
