We stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident trying Murmure. If you’re not completely satisfied within 15 days, we’re here to help make it right.
Just get in touch with returns@murmureskin.com and include your order number to start a return.
*Please note that the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund and the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.

If we find that our policies have been abused we reserve the right to limit or refuse a return. We are not obligated to disclose any reason other than to inform the consumer that the refund request is being refused for abuse of our return policy.
